These are simulations of wave phenomena in solid materials, designed to demonstrate how sound and vibration works while being fun and musical to play with. Best viewed on a desktop or laptop computer.

Coupled oscillators on springs. Add masses, toggle coupling, drag and release. Invidual masses begin to move in wave patterns.
String World

A vibrating string you can pluck and strike. Wave propagation slow enough to watch, with sound at audible pitch independently.
Lattice World

A 2D triangular grid of coupled oscillators. Tonnetz pitch geometry — you can hear the shape of the lattice as waves propagate through it.
